1. Automatic Coating Machine with domestic leading technology

Automatic tension control, frequency control or digital DC speed control system and multi-point synchronous controller, machine synchronous operation.coating on Multifunctional, high precision, stable performance.
Automatically load materials and set thickness with automatic thickness measurement system at the end of the machine;variable-frequency adjustment in oven's circulatory and exhaust system.

2. PLC-FX3UC that was made by MITSUBISHI and micro-computer with pneumatic sensor and position control technology, designed the automatic system of weighting and sorting rechargeable battery 's negatives.

Positive electrodes's automatic and serial point-welding,adhesive tape sticking for electrode lug and softening;high automation and better consistency.

3. Negative automatic production line

The use of wet slurry coating on the powder-type automatically set between the struts of scraping operation fine edge devices,which require so strickly for time,speed,temperature and matching.

Automatic negative production line and the product circulation rate is one of the highest levels for the domestic factories.

4. To make sure the producing environment is total dry, we introduced foreign technology and machine. This drying system comes from Denmark; it can generate 54500CBM dry air per hour.
